Elizabeth Derr
Elizabeth Davidson Derr moved to Keene about 25 years ago, but has been visiting the area for over 30 years. She has been a part of Little Peaks for 10+ years as both a Grandma and a Board Member. Elizabeth enjoys gardening, reading and has served on many nonprofits in the Adirondack Region. She loves where she lives.
Vice Chair
Lissa Goldstein
Lissa Goldstein owns and operates Wild Work Farm in Keene Valley. Lissa grew up spending time at Rivermede Farm and moved to the Adirondacks in January 2017 from Vancouver, British Columbia where she was working with an agricultural social enterprise. Lissa has a degree in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College where she focused on agriculture and development. She and her husband, Steve, live in Keene Valley with their daughter Frankie. Lissa also serves on the Board of the Adirondack Farmers' Market Cooperative.
Treasurer
Fritz Sabbow
Fritz Sabbow, Treasurer, is a long time resident of Keene Valley, previously living in New Hampshire and Maine. Having recently retired from the North Country School as CFO for nearly 10 years, Fritz is enjoying time spent at the Rivermede Farm with his husband, Rob Hastings. Rob is the proprietor of the Rivermede Farm Market in Keene Valley. Aside from Fritz's role on the board at Little Peaks, he also volunteers at the Keene Valley
Congregational Church and the Keene Valley Library. They have two cats and a boston terrier named Abby.
Secretary
Pam gothner
Pam Gothner is currently serving as the secretary for the Little Peaks board. She graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in Art History and spent her early career working in NYC for AFS International, a student exchange organization, and the Brooklyn Museum as the volunteers coordinator. After spending many summers in Keene as a seasonal resident, Pam relocated here in 2002 and began working at The Birch Store. Pam has served as the
secretary and the president of East Branch Friends of the Arts, in various roles on the board of the Keene Valley Congregational Church and as a summit steward on Hurricane Mountain.

Story Bellows
Story Bellows is a Little Peaks parent and has served on the board since 2020, when she
moved to Keene Valley full time (after never thinking she'd live outside of a big city). Professionally, Story’s career has focused on driving innovation and delivering critical outcomes that impact cities and communities. She is the managing partner at Cityfi, a
boutique advisory services firm that works with visionary public and private sector leaders to manage change, deliver on climate and equity imperatives, and develop strategies needed to build sustainable and effective businesses and public agencies. Story holds a BA from Colgate University and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science in City Design and Social Science. Story and her family enjoy the many outdoors activities and sports that the Adirondacks offer, travel to cities, and exploring nearby communities.

Brendan Campbell
Brendan Campbell is an owner/operator of the Trails End Inn and he also advises software companies on product and business strategy. Throughout his career he has held a variety of legal, finance, data analytics, business strategy, operations, and product management roles. Much of his work has focused on building products (including Trello) and practices to help teams collaborate effectively.

Lawrence Shipps
Personal: Married Leslie Boyle, Middlebury College class of 1971 in June of 1971. Leslie and I have three adult daughters; Bradley, Caitlin and Alison. Career: Entered Financial services industry with New England Mutual in February 1971. Retired as managing partner New England Financial in Syracuse NY April 2006. During my career in Syracuse, NY I served 12 years on the board of the Cazenovia Central School, 6 years on the board of the Onondaga-Madison School Boards Association and 8 years on the board of the CNY School Boards Association. I spent one year on the investment advisory committee to the NYS School Boards Association. I also coached youth soccer in Cazenovia NY for twelve years. Post Retirement: Leslie and I moved to Keene Valley in 2006. Since that time, I have served as the Moderator of the Keene Valley Congregational Church (2012-2018) and head of their annual Stewardship drive for three years (2018-2021). I currently serve on the church’s finance committee. I am also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Keene Valley Library Association. From 2015 to 2020 I served as treasurer of the Keene Valley Country Club.
